Do you use super glue or formaldehyde in your products?
No. Our Bond & Seal Duo is specifically formulated for lash application — it’s latex-free, formaldehyde-free, and does not contain cyanoacrylate (the main ingredient in super glue). It’s designed for flexible, comfortable wear and safe removal.
How long do the lashes last?
With proper care, our lashes can last up to 7 days — but we recommend removing them every 2 days to clean your natural lashes. Wearing lashes long-term without a break (just like salon extensions) can allow oils and makeup residue to build up, which isn’t healthy for your natural lashes.
Are the lashes reusable?
Yes — each cluster can be reused up to 6 times if removed and cleaned carefully.
Are they beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our system was created to make DIY lashes simple, even for first-timers. Plus, our free Lash Guide walks you through every step.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
No. As long as you follow our application and removal instructions, your natural lashes will stay healthy.
How do I remove them?
Use a lash-safe remover — we recommend our gentle Rose Oil–Infused Remover. Gently soak the base and slide the clusters off — no pulling or rubbing.
What should I do if my lashes get wet?
If your lashes get wet — whether from the shower, rain, or sweat — avoid touching or adjusting them until they’re fully dry, as the bond can temporarily lose grip when damp. Gently pat away excess water and let them air dry naturally. Once dry, re-seal with our Sealant if needed to restore hold.
Can I wear them in the shower or to the gym?
Yes! Once properly bonded and sealed, they’re water-resistant and secure through everyday wear. Try to avoid direct submersion or running water over them — especially hot water or steam — as this can soften the bond.
Can I sleep in them?
Yes — many customers wear them overnight with no issues. Just avoid sleeping face-down.
What if my lashes shift after sleeping?
Watery eyes during sleep can weaken the bond and cause clusters to move. This can be triggered by things like sleeping position, pillow pressure, fans, air conditioning, or even late-night phone use. If it happens, simply let your lashes dry fully in the morning before gently re-clamping them back into place.
Do I need to use your Bond & Seal or can I use my own?
We recommend our Bond & Seal Duo for the best results — it's formulated specifically for our lashes and tested for long-lasting, flexible wear.
Do I need to curl my lashes first?
It’s optional! Curling before application can help blend your natural lashes with the clusters, especially if your lashes point downward.
Which style is best for a natural look?
Our Premapped Lashes and short Fluffy set (8–12mm) are perfect for soft, natural glam. We’ll also be re-releasing our Brown Lashes soon for an even softer, natural finish.
Which style is best for more volume?
The Lash Booklet (10–16mm) and original Fluffy Lash offer a fuller, more dramatic look that’s still wearable from day to night. All of our lashes are stackable, so you can easily build extra volume wherever you want it.
How long does it take to apply?
Most people can apply a full set in under 10 minutes once they get the hang of it.
Are the lashes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All Lash Patisserie products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
