Unlike harsh removers that can leave lashes dry or brittle, ours is designed to respect your natural lashes while also protecting your clusters — so you can clean and reuse them multiple times. Just a small amount loosens the bond, allowing clusters to glide off cleanly and comfortably.

→ Place clusters on a cotton pad

→ Apply remover and wait 30 seconds

→ Wipe away glue residue, repeating if needed until fully clean

→ Use a fresh cotton pad (dry or with micellar water) to wipe off any leftover remover/oil

→ Let clusters air dry fully before storing back in their tray

Always clean clusters after removal — this maximises reuse and keeps them fresh for next time.

→ Apply Lash Patisserie Remover (or any gentle oil-based remover) to the base of your lashes where the bond sits

→ Wait 30–60 seconds for the remover to dissolve the bond

→ Slide clusters off gently with a cotton pad — no pulling or tugging

→ Brush through natural lashes with a clean lash brush

→ Wipe away any residue with a cotton pad before reapplying

→ Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin (inner arm, bend of elbow, or behind ear)

→ Leave for 24 hours to check for any reaction

→ If irritation occurs, do not use
