Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask us to:

• provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• delete your data (right to be forgotten);
• restrict how we process it;
• transfer it to you or another controller in a machine-readable format;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests or for marketing;
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).

How we respond

We will respond to your request within one month of receipt. For complex or numerous requests we may extend this period by up to two further months and will let you know within the first month. We may need to verify your identity before releasing data.
