These terms

By placing an order with us you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, for EEA customers, your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Orders & contract formation

• UK orders are placed and fulfilled through TikTok Shop and are subject to TikTok Shop's own terms.
• International orders are placed through this site and fulfilled via Shopify. A contract forms when we send you an order-confirmation email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, pricing error or stock issue) and will refund any payment in full.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in the local currency at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown clearly before you confirm your order.
• Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments or TikTok Shop. We do not store card details.

Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; title passes when we have received full payment.

We take care to describe products accurately, but small variations in colour, size and packaging may occur. Please read the Disclaimer before use.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the English courts; EEA consumers may rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.
